LOTTIE ANIMATION LIBRARY / A PRACTICAL GUIDE

Real motion, with room for your product.

This library contains 105 original Lottie animations from the Sergey Designer portfolio. Browse interface motion, icons, logos, finance visuals, characters, medical illustrations and game effects. The studio lets you inspect an animation’s source weight, canvas, frame rate and duration, then try a different vector palette before you start a conversation.

Every animation also has an individual detail page with a player, practical context and related work. Use the examples to describe a direction rather than treating them as an off-the-shelf licence. A custom commission should fit your brand, user journey and implementation.

What makes Lottie useful for a product?

A Lottie animation describes motion for a player to render. For suitable vector-based scenes, that offers flexible sizing and playback control. Icons can acknowledge an action, loaders can show activity, and onboarding illustrations can explain a first step. The benefit comes from the job the animation performs in the interface, not simply from adding movement.

Plan the trigger, loop behavior and end state alongside the artwork. An animation that is delightful once can become distracting when it repeats throughout a working day. Important product information should remain available as text, and people who prefer reduced motion should have a quieter experience.

Lottie, SVG, Rive or video?

Lottie is useful for exported motion and player-controlled playback. SVG works well when the visual is best expressed as web-native vector markup. Rive provides an authoring and runtime workflow for interactive graphics, including state machines. Rendered video is often the better delivery format for footage, detailed CGI or an explainer with sound. Read the format comparison before choosing around a file extension alone.

The file weights shown here describe uncompressed source JSON. They do not include the player or prove that rendering will be inexpensive. Some original portfolio files contain large embedded images. This studio uses static WebP posters and only loads interactive previews when needed, with offscreen playback paused. The same principle matters when integrating animation into a real product.

From reference to custom animation.

  1. Choose one or more examples that communicate the direction you have in mind.
  2. Try your brand color and use “Get similar” to include a reference in the brief.
  3. Share the product URL, intended screen, target platform and deadline.
  4. Agree the visual direction, deliverables, revisions, price and schedule before production.
  5. Review the work, then receive the agreed formats and handoff notes.

A single Lottie icon starts at $120; a coordinated web set starts at $500; an onboarding set starts at $2,000. Use the project estimator for an indicative range, or explore Lottie animation services and SaaS product animation. The final proposal is based on the brief.

Questions about the library.

What is a Lottie animation?

Lottie is animation data interpreted by a compatible player. It is commonly exported from After Effects with tools such as Bodymovin. Vector elements can remain crisp at different display sizes, while embedded images, complex paths and unsupported features affect size and compatibility.

Can I use these animations in my product?

The collection is a portfolio of real work, not a stock download licence. Use an example as a reference for a custom commission. We can develop a direction around your brand, product flow and target platform, then agree the deliverables and usage rights in the scope.

How much does a similar custom animation cost?

A Lottie icon starts at $120, a web animation set at $500, and an onboarding set at $2,000. A 60-second explainer starts at $1,200. Final pricing depends on scene count, illustration, complexity, revisions and delivery requirements.

Will it work on Web, iOS and Android?

The showroom demonstrates browser playback. A custom deliverable is prepared and tested for the agreed platform and player. Native compatibility depends on the export features and runtime version; a web preview alone does not establish that every feature will work in a mobile application.

Can I preview my own brand color?

Yes. Enter a six-digit HEX color and apply it to the collection’s active vector previews. The recoloring preserves neutral colors and shading; embedded raster images keep their original colors. Static grid posters retain the original palette. A custom project can also change the design and timing.

How do I share a reference or request a quote?

Open an animation, copy its deep link, or save a small collection. The quote buttons carry the animation and selected color into the project brief. You can also browse a dedicated detail page, inspect the file specifications and review related examples before contacting Sergey.
