02 / YOUR DESIGN SYSTEM
Approved Figma screens and vector assets become motion with a clear role: guide, explain, respond or confirm. The animation follows your existing visual language.
03 / YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
Bring a peak workload or an ongoing product account. We agree the scope and start date before reserving capacity, so your team knows what is covered and what needs a separate estimate.
FIGMA → LOTTIE → DEV HANDOFF
Review the approved screens, brand rules and product states. Identify the priority moments, export requirements and a single feedback owner.
Agree the direction, then animate the approved assets. Review timing and transitions in context, with consolidated feedback at the agreed milestones.
Supply the agreed exports, previews and implementation notes. Interactive sequences include the triggers, state changes, reset behavior and reduced-motion fallback.
The handoff is scoped for the platform you actually ship. A marketing site, mobile app and dashboard may use different runtimes or interaction patterns. Flag those constraints early so the motion design and development plan fit together.

ONGOING COLLABORATION
A monthly agreement for teams with a recurring stream of product animation. A defined allowance and a predictable review rhythm, tailored to your actual workload.
Monthly scope and fixed fee by proposal.
Discuss a monthly partnership ↗We define the boundaries together:
The proposal records these terms before I reserve capacity.
An NDA can be reviewed before confidential work is shared. We also agree how credits, portfolio publication, direct client communication and file access will work. Your agency can remain the only client-facing contact while I coordinate with the person responsible for motion approvals.
Source-file delivery, licenses and ownership follow the written project agreement. If supplied artwork contains third-party elements, call them out in the brief so those permissions can be handled explicitly. Your team receives the agreed files and notes for future updates.
A link to the approved screens, the kind of animation you need, the target platform, the delivery window and the expected volume are a useful starting point. If this is a monthly arrangement, share a representative month of requests rather than a best-case estimate. That makes it easier to define a realistic allowance and fee.
For a one-off project, published service starting prices and fixed-scope sprints are listed on Services. Retainer pricing is prepared separately after reviewing the workload. If a deadline is tight, I will confirm capacity before you promise a start date to your client.
Yes. The working arrangement can keep your agency as the client-facing team, with your agency issuing its own client invoice. We agree communication, approvals and delivery responsibilities before starting.
An NDA can be reviewed before confidential files are shared. Credit, portfolio publication and direct client contact are agreed in writing; confidential work is not automatically added to this portfolio.
We agree a monthly animation allowance, complexity limits, a fee and a review schedule in the proposal. Capacity is reserved only after scope, availability and the commercial terms are confirmed. There is no published retainer price yet.
The relevant screens or components, intended states, brand assets, target platforms and the action each animation should explain. Keep the approved designs clearly marked and identify who consolidates feedback.
The agreed animation exports, useful preview or poster assets, sizing and playback notes, plus source files and rights as defined in the proposal. Interactive work also needs trigger, state, reset and fallback definitions.
Share the delivery date, approved assets and expected volume. I will assess fit and current capacity before confirming a start. Rush work and recurring capacity are quoted rather than assumed.
