SERGEY DESIGNER / WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Websites designed, built and shipped.
End to end.

Most agencies split a website between a designer, a developer, a motion person and someone who "handles hosting". I do all of it. Design in Figma, code it by hand or in the right platform, add the animation and interaction, wire up the functionality, deploy it and make sure it is perfect on a phone. Three live sites below, from a SaaS launch to my own product.

01 / PR software / AI visibility / SaaS

PRcoverage.ai

SaaS marketing website: UX, UI, GSAP storytelling, launch

A marketing site for an AI-era PR platform that had to explain a new category, AI visibility tracking, in one scroll. Designed and built from the first wireframe to the live domain.

The brief

PRcoverage sells something most PR teams have never measured: how often their stories show up in AI-generated answers. The site had to teach the concept, show the product and convert, without reading like a whitepaper. The team also needed a build they could edit themselves after launch.

What I did

  • Positioning and page structure with the founders, then wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
  • Word-by-word hero reveal, pinned scroll story for the "89%" insight and section transitions on GSAP ScrollTrigger
  • Subtle WebGL background accents with Three.js, tuned to stay under budget on laptops and phones
  • Product screenshots framed in real device UI, testimonials, FAQ with schema markup
  • Webflow build with CMS collections, custom code embeds, forms, analytics and launch on the client domain

Everything in one pair of hands: design, code, motion, deployment.

02 / Founder project / AI SaaS for freelancers

SnipeWork

Product, brand, landing page and web app: designed and coded end to end

My own SaaS: an Upwork job scanner that pings freelancers on Telegram within a minute of a job posting and drafts an AI proposal. I designed the brand, the landing page and the app, and wrote the code.

MOBILE / 390 PX

The brief

Speed is the whole pitch, so the site had to feel fast and prove it: real numbers, a live-looking feed, a pricing model that maps to scan frequency. As a founder I also had to ship the product behind the page: auth, billing, Upwork API integration, Telegram bot and an AI proposal generator.

What I did

  • Brand system, typography (Inter Tight) and a calm green UI that reads well on a phone at 2am
  • Landing page with animated job-feed mockup, timeline "posted to proposal in under a minute", interactive pricing and FAQ
  • Web app: onboarding, skill profile, alerts, proposal editor, Telegram connection, billing portal
  • Next.js + React front end, Supabase auth and database, Paddle payments, official Upwork API (no scraping)
  • Deployment, monitoring, SEO pages and the ongoing growth work: this is a live business, not a mockup

03 / Finance affiliate network / Corporate website / UK

T.uk (TdotUK)

Corporate website: design, WordPress theme, animation, content system

A performance-marketing network from Bournemouth needed a site that speaks to two audiences at once, affiliates and advertisers, and looks as serious as the compliance culture they sell.

MOBILE / 390 PX

The brief

Affiliate networks tend to look either loud or dated. T.uk wanted a premium, editorial feel with real photography, clear paths for affiliates and advertisers, a partner login, a meeting scheduler for events and a news section the team can run without a developer.

What I did

  • Art direction: full-bleed photography, restrained blue accent, large typographic statements
  • Two audience journeys (Affiliates / Advertisers) with numbered value blocks and separate CTAs
  • Custom WordPress theme on Bootstrap: news, events and team content editable by the client
  • Scroll-triggered reveals, hover states and a hero video that degrades to a poster on slow connections
  • Partner login, meeting scheduler, opt-out and compliance pages, cookie and privacy flows, hosting setup

MOBILE IS NOT AN ADAPTATION. IT IS THE PRODUCT.

Every site is finished on the phone first.

More than half of the traffic to these sites comes from phones, so I do not "make it responsive at the end". Every screen is designed at 390 px alongside desktop, animations are re-timed for touch, tap targets are real, and I test on actual iOS and Android devices, not only in DevTools.

  • 01Layouts rebuilt for one thumbNavigation, forms and pricing tables get their own mobile logic, not a squeezed desktop grid.
  • 02Motion that respects the deviceScroll stories shorten, WebGL falls back to lighter effects, prefers-reduced-motion is honoured.
  • 03Performance budgetsWebP/AVIF images, deferred scripts, font subsetting: green Core Web Vitals on 4G.
  • 04Tested on real hardwareiPhone Safari, Android Chrome, notches, safe areas, keyboard overlays, landscape.

WHAT "FULL CYCLE" MEANS HERE

One brief. One person. A finished website.

01 / DESIGN

UX, UI and brand

Structure, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and a design system in Figma. Copy direction included: a site is a sales argument, not a picture.

02 / BUILD

Front-end development

Hand-written HTML/CSS/JS, React and Next.js, or Webflow and WordPress when the client needs to edit content. Clean, fast, accessible.

03 / MOTION

Animation and interaction

GSAP ScrollTrigger stories, Lottie and SVG micro-interactions, Three.js accents, hover states that feel considered. Motion is my core craft.

04 / FUNCTION

Functionality and integrations

Forms with spam protection, CMS collections, auth and billing, APIs, Telegram bots, schedulers, dashboards. Whatever the site needs to actually work.

05 / SHIP

Hosting, deployment, maintenance

Domains, DNS, SSL, FTP or Cloudflare Pages, staging, backups, monitoring. You get a live site and the keys, not a zip file.

06 / GROW

SEO, GEO and analytics

Technical SEO, structured data, sitemaps, llms.txt, Search Console and IndexNow, GA4 events on every CTA. Built to be found by search engines and AI assistants.

PROCESS

From brief to live domain in five steps.

01

Discovery

Goals, audience, competitors, content inventory. A one-page plan with sitemap and scope.

02

Design

Wireframes, then UI for desktop and 390 px mobile in parallel. Two review rounds.

03

Build and motion

Development on a staging URL you can open on your phone from day one. Animation layered in as sections land.

04

Functionality and content

Forms, CMS, integrations, real copy and images. Speed, accessibility and SEO pass.

05

Launch and support

DNS switch, indexing, analytics check, handover video. Fixed-price support after launch if you want it.

QUESTIONS

Before you write the brief.

What does a full website project cost?

A one-page marketing site with custom design and animation usually starts around $2,500. Multi-page SaaS or corporate sites with CMS and integrations run $5,000 to $15,000 depending on scope. You get a fixed quote after discovery, and the price includes design, development, motion, deployment and mobile QA.

Which platform will my site be built on?

Whatever serves you best: hand-coded static sites for speed, Next.js or React for products, Webflow or WordPress when your team needs to edit content without a developer. All three sites above use a different stack for a reason.

Do you also do the animation and the interactive parts?

Yes, that is the core of what I do. GSAP scroll stories, Lottie icons, SVG and WebGL effects are built in from the design stage, not added by a third party at the end. See the animation library for 105 examples.

How long does it take?

A one-pager takes 2 to 3 weeks, a multi-page site 4 to 8 weeks. Timelines depend on how fast content and feedback arrive; you see progress on a staging URL throughout.

Can you take over or redesign an existing website?

Yes. PRcoverage.ai and T.uk were redesigns. I audit the current site, keep what works (URLs, SEO equity, integrations) and rebuild the rest, with redirects so rankings are not lost.

Who owns the design and the code?

You do. Source files (Figma), repository or platform access and hosting credentials are handed over at launch. Usage rights are written into the scope before work starts.
